Baking Classes
I have wanted to start doing a few baking classes for a while and since announcing the classes on Facebook I have been completely blown away by the response – I am the luckiest girl in the world to have such amazing readers! Baking and cooking from scratch is my number one passion and I would be so honored to share some of my tips and tricks with you from the comfort of our home while learning about the joy of baking and of course having a lot of fun – you’ll also get to meet our sweet puppy Kora! Afternoon Tea Baking Class
In this class you will learn how to make delicious and classic crowd pleasing favorites just that little bit better – then sit down to a delicious afternoon tea and enjoy our baked goods, which of course you will be taking home too!
Time: Saturday 21st July from 12pm to 3pm - maximum of 6 people per class
Location: Beach Haven, Auckland, New Zealand
Cost: $40 per person – all ingredients and equipment will be provided. If you would like to bring along a sweet apron to wear that would be lovely.
You will learn to make:
Delicious Lemon Curd
Classic Red Velvet Cupcakes with Cream Cheese Icing
Never fail Chocolate Brownies
