Happy Friday everyone, I hope you have had a lovely week, I thought I would share something to brighten up these grey rainy days – cake pops, the brilliant idea of turning any cake into a cake pop! I am so excited to be catching up with the lovely Sophie from Cake Pop Kitchen today over a warm drink, it is so wonderful to be able to meet other people who have a passion for baking – yet I’m embarrassed to admit that I have never tried a cake pop, I can’t believe it either! I’d love to know what your plans are for the weekend, I’m planning on catching up on a lot of baking that I haven’t had the chance to do.
