Family Holiday to Australia
Yay, tomorrow morning my whole family and I are flying to Brisbane and Rockhampton (my home town) for a little family holiday, it’s been almost 5 years since I’ve been ‘home’ or even to Australia so it’s going to be so lovely to go back for a while. I love that overwhelming excited feeling that you get before you’re able to go on a little holiday, it’s wonderful – I can’t wait to thaw out under the Queensland sun and spend some much needed quality time with my gorgeous family! I’m also going to be have a little break from screens – I can’t remember the last time I did this so I’m really looking forward to that. But never fear, I will be back in full swing on Thursday the 15th of November and hopefully by then I should be able to share a little of what lovely things I have in store for Made From Scratch. Until then, have a wonderful week, be sure to look back on all the oh so pretty styled shoots and yummy baking posts, I already can’t wait to catch up and hear all about what you’ve been up to. xo

its def been a cold one here lately in Auckland, best bet to escape over to the Gold Coast. Would love to escape too, haha
Oh, it really has been so chilly in Auckland lately – a little over it really! Hehe that was our thought too, I can’t wait to thaw out properly and not worry about being cold for a week, bliss. Aw fingers crossed Auckland does have a lovely hot summer, it would be so perfect and much needed for everyone. x
yeah last years summer was very lame. ppl keep saying we are due for really nice summer. so far im not seeing that. normally by november it is warmer than this (excepting last year)
oh my, last summer was so miserable. I hope we get a better summer this year too, it will be so so lovely. x
