Ming Makes Cupcakes
Cakes are always good, but for some reason cupcakes are just that little bit better. Maybe its because you can share them easier, or that you don’t feel as guilty when you’ve only had a few? Either way they are wonderful, especially ones like these from Ming Makes Cupcakes. How delicious do they look!

Lemon is my favourite too, so fresh and simple!
How do you get the filling on the inside? Do you pipe it in after baking or prior to? That’s the one step I see that is missing.

Your right that step is missing, I would love to know how they’re made. I think these steps may work?
With the jam and marshmallow cupcakes you may be put the filling before baking, filling 1/2 a cupcake case with cake mixture then add the jam or marshmallow then cover in mixture. Then bake – I do know that caramel doesn’t work with this step, as it melts to the bottom
The others I think you would have to cut into the cupcake once baked and then add the filling and either add place the cut cake back on top or just cover in icing. I hope this helps.
