I hope you all have a lovely weekend planned, I’m hosting my Ruffle Class at Studio 46 this Wednesday evening which I’m beyond excited about! x

Oh, I also stumbled upon this lovely Pastel Blue Petal Chocolate Layer Cake that I’d made for a sweet baby shower a while ago – I love re-finding pretty images hidden on my computer, it’s such a lovely surprise! Ginger Thins | Made From ScratchHappy Monday everyone, I hope you all had a glorious weekend. Is anyone else enjoying that the days are a little cooler? I love this crisp weather, it’s the perfect time to spend an afternoon potting in the kitchen making delicious bite size cookies. We were lucky enough to have a few, well a lot, of these incredibly moreish spiced cookies with warm cups of tea with Ben’s parents yesterday afternoon. They’re so good that I had to whip up a batch the second we got home – they’re so simple to make and I promise you wont be able to stop at one. x

Happy Monday everyone, I hope you all had the most wonderful weekend. We spent it enjoying music festivals, pottering in the garden, catching up with family and of course doing a little yummy easter baking. With Easter just around the corner, I couldn’t resist whipping up some delicious sticky mixed fruit scrolls and enjoying them straight from the oven while warm. My Grandma makes these scones by heart and each and every time they turn out beyond perfect, they’re quick enough to make before heading off to any Easter celebrations this weekend. xo
