I’ve been dying to share the easy how to for the glitter cake toppers since positing the delicious Ruffle Cake I made for Kaitlin’s birthday. They are the perfect little DIY for the weekend and take no time at all, which is perfect when you want to add a little sparkle to a special birthday cake – or any cake really!
