Brr, Winter really has settled -but how lovely is snuggling under a cozy blanket and watching a movie I love it!! I could hardly believe my eyes when I stumbled upon these gorgeous pins from The Little Drom Store they really are the cutest things ever and I simply had to share them! Now the hard part, choosing which one to get – I’ve a feeling that one really wont be enough, I’m a little in love with the bunny and hopscotch pins, which ones do you love? x
There are times when you stumble upon a wedding and it gives you a little lump in your throat and you smile like a cheshire cat, this is one of those gorgeous weddings that will make your heart sing. Fe & Dave held their wedding on their stunning farm surrounded by so many oh so cute farm animals (how cute is the little pig!), their friends, family and gorgeous little boy. I can’t get over how lovely all the details are, they’re so perfect – plus how cool that the bridesmaids got driven around in a tractor, love it! This stunning wedding was captured by the wonderfully talented Jel Photography, be sure to look at the rest of Fe and Dave’s wedding here, you’ll love it. x

I’ve never been one to put inspirational quotes on the blog before – but I stumbled upon this quote a while ago and it’s sort of stuck and I had to share it with you! All of my lovely and very supportive friends and family get bombarded by so many of my crazy idea’s quite frequently – it’s become a daily “oooh we should do this” or “what about this” scene at the moment, to the point where I talk more about something than actually doing it… does anyone else feel like this from time to time? I love new ideas, I love being able to bounce them around with friends, family and all of the wonderful people that I’ve met through the blog and hear what they have to say about it – the only trouble is, putting said idea into action when you have so many wonderful options available.
This is where I think that being a blogger is a blessed curse, having so many options is beyond incredible and will forever keeps you on your toes, but at the same time it can be exhausting trying to work out the ‘right’ one and stick to it. With the excitement and ‘newness’ that the new year brings, I’d love to hear how you deal with having lots of wonderful ideas to chase, do you make lots of list, get enormously overwhelmed but it all or dive in head first and see how it goes – I have to admit I’m a little of everything! That said, I do have some very very exciting things planned for Made From Scratch in the new year that I’ve been working on with some enormously talented people and I hope that you will adore my crazy new idea’s as much as I do. x
I adore stumbling across beautiful new Etsy shops, it feels like you’ve discovered a little secret! Especially when they are as stunning a Home Sweet Home Design, each and every piece is lovingly hand made by the incredibly talented and oh so lovely Valerie – she learnt to crochet from her Mum and during a holiday break started creating all the beautiful pieces that you see! I absolutely adore everything that she makes, how sweet are the little crocheted bowls and garlands, even on the chillest night your home would feel so cozy! Be sure to scoot over and have a look at her darling online shop, I promise you won’t leave empty handed. xo
Goodness can anyone else believe that it’s August already – where has this year gone! We’re also stuck in the middle of a very gloomy winter, so I thought I would brighten everyones day with this amazing wedding! I was completely floored when I stumbled upon James and Georgina’s vintage carnival wedding captured by the very talented Feather and Stone, is there anything more incredible than having a carnival themed wedding, all the details they chose are impossibly perfect! I adore James reaction when he saw Georgina for the fist time – it’s so fantastic! Be sure to click here to see more of their amazing day, have a wonderful day and keep warm. x
Hello everyone, I hope that you all had a fantastic weekend we had a lovely break over the long weekend but it’s so lovely getting back into the swing of things. I was so excited when I stumbled upon Letitia and Kristian’s beautiful 50′s themed wedding photographed by the lovely Feather and Stone. I honestly can’t get enough of the style of their wedding, I adore that they had some of their photos taken at the local swimming pool and served some oh so sweet treats for their guests, plus how amazing is her dress! You can click here to see more of their stunning wedding, I promise you will adore it! x
