Happy Friday everyone!  I hope you all had a lovely short week with Summer finally giving us a sneak peek. Hopefully the nice weather continues for the weekend – we’ll be over at the We Can Create markets on Saturday from 12-5 if you want to pop by and say hello!

1. This amazing logo is home to Spruce Collective - started up by five like-minded girls who share a love for vintage treasures and are inspired by all things creative.  I could spend hours looking at their site….

2. Father Rabbit just opened their store in Auckland. Everything on their website is to die for, including these stunning bath towels.

3. How sweet is this canvas pouch by Paloma’s Nest found on Etsy based in Austin, Texas.

4. This beautiful coffee packaging  is from Coffee Balzac’s Roasters, a company based in Ontario  Canada – if the love of caffein doesn’t get you going in the morning looking at this stunning illustration might help get those creative juices going!

5. These finger licking looking donuts are by a Spanish blog named “La receta de felicidad” which translates to the recipe of happiness.  With beautiful recipes, food styling snaps and website design this one is an overall winner!

6. Don’t these measuring cups by West Elm just sing Julia Child?

Hope you’ve enjoyed this week’s roundup – have a great weekend everyone! x

Is there anything more wonderful than enjoying a delicious cup of tea with a yummy slice of cake – what about if you were to attend a petal decorating class at the wonderfully perfect Tea Lady in Birkenhead, it’s almost too perfect for words! Tonight I had the absolute honour of hosting my first class at The Tea Lady, it was such a wonderful evening! I can’t wait to host more classes there, it’s easily the sweetest place in the whole wide world! Be sure to keep an eye out on the baking class calendar for all upcoming classes. x

Happy Monday everyone, I hope that you all had a wonderful weather and were able to get outside and enjoy the beautiful Spring weather we’ve been having – we even managed to get out into the garden and do some jobs that have been needing to get done, so lovely! It was about this time last year that we moved into our home, and our little housewarming party was nothing compared to this beautiful housewarming party by Roost! Everything is beyond stunning and styled to perfection, how adorable are the little figurines of them and the delicious dessert/cheese table! The whole party is just far too lovely for words, what do you think? x

Oh my, so I mentioned on Facebook last night that I have some very exciting news about my baking classes! Last night I caught up with the very lovely ladies from The Tea Lady over a few cups of delicious tea – we were chatting away with ideas of how to combine our little businesses and we came up with the loveliest idea ever! Baking classes at The Tea Lady – so as of the 2nd of October, all evening decorating classes (and maybe some weekend classes) will be held at the cutest place in town! I am so excited and beyond honoured that my classes will be held in such a beautiful shop – be sure to email hello@madefromscratch.co.nz to book your place for the petal class at The Tea Lady, you wont want to miss out. x

Happy Monday everyone! I hope you all had a glorious weekend, I’d love to hear what you got up to – ours was a lovely mix of spending time in the garden, catching up with good friends and generally not much – absolute bliss! It finally feels like Spring has officially arrived, the days are getting longer and warmer and the idea of outdoor entertaining is a lot more appealing – especially garden parties! How unbelievable gorgeous is this dessert table styled by styled and photographed by Blush Flowers and Amanda Amundsen Photography, it would be so wonderful to have a dessert table like this for a garden wedding or sweet afternoon tea party with some gorgeous ladies – it sounds oh so perfect! x

Spring in Auckland is strange, one day it’s warm and sunny, the next it’s grey and freezing cold! Seeing as today is cold and gloomy, I thought that I would warm you all up with still ridiculously stunning rustic dessert table styled by Blush Flowers – everything is just so perfect and the vintage touches are to die for. How spoilt would you feel having this beautiful dessert table at your wedding or next special event – I could imagine everyone hovering protectively over their sweet vintage plate piled high with yummy treats, perfection really! x

Yay we’re finally having some gorgeous Spring weather – but it’s still very much on the chilly side! I couldn’t think of  anything better than turning on the oven to warm your home up and make a few yummy pies – especially if you turn it into a little dessert table and have people over for dinner for a ‘yay it’s Spring party’! How absolutely stunning is this dessert table – all the sweet treats that you see are made by the very lovely To Have and To Hold,  the stunning photos by Sutherland Kovach and all the props, flowers and styling by the enormously talented Blush Flowers. I couldn’t think of a better excuse that to potter in the kitchen. x
