I am so sorry for the lack of post yesterday, Ben and I had a rather spontaneous DIY day at our home Ben took it upon himself to dig up part of the front lawn and build a path next to our driveway! It turned out so much better than both of us expected, there will defiantly be some photos soon I promise!
For now though, as you may or may not know we own two very overloaded tangerine trees and I have been racking my brain and Google’s to work out what to do with a tree load of tangerines before they rot. I do love the idea of making tangerine and vanilla bean marmalade and some oh so delicious cakes plus they’re also so beautiful juiced. Do you have any suggestions for an ridiculous amount of tangerines? xx

Tangerine Cognac, tangerine lemongrass sorbet, candied tangerine zest, tangerine teriyaki veal chops with roasted ginger butter corn & edemame salad. Mmmmmmmmm. Don’t forget the Murray River salt flakes.
