Weeknight Ruffle Cake Decorating Class

I am so incredible excited to offer my first ruffle cake decorating evening class. I have been completely blown away and so flattered by the enthusiasm for the Ruffle Cake Classes – thank you all so much, it honestly means the world to me. 

In the two hour evening class you will learn all there is to know about decorating your very own Ruffle Cake and how to make delicious Swiss Meringue Buttercream – which of course you will get to take home along with a sweet Made From Scratch goodie bag. All the cakes and icings will be provided so we can practice piping and then assemble and decorate your cake.
