Happy Friday lovelies, I’m almost too excited to write anything today - Christmas is only a matter of sleeps away, the end of the working year is here and everyone is winding down to spend some much needed time relaxing with their family and friends. I’m truly so blown away and beyond proud of everything that has happened with Made From Scratch this year, it’s growing faster than I ever dreamt and I’m so lucky to be able to call this whirlwind of a profession my job. It’s a dream come true and I wouldn’t be here without all of your truly stunning support along the way, thank you so so much for everything and I already can’t wait to see what 2015 brings!

But of course, as promised after my sneak peek of delicious ingredients for a little last minute Christmas baking yesterday. I’m so excited to share this wonderfully simple and delicious White Chocolate and Baileys Truffle recipe that will quickly become a ‘must make’ for any celebrations this season, and next. Even if you are pressed for time to make something this year, which I certainly have been, these gorgeous truffles take no time at all to make and can even be made a few days in advance as they keep beautifully. Not only do they make a delicious dessert to take to any party, they would make a perfect gift too! Simply place them in a beautiful jar or tin, handwrite the recipe on a card for them to keep and share for years to come, and either wrap in a beautiful tea towel or linen and you’ve a beautiful gift that anyone would love.

I hope you all have a truly magical Christmas and New Year planned with your family and friends this year - thank you again so much for supporting Made From Scratch, you have no idea how much your beautiful comments, emails and kind words about what I share mean to me. They fill my heart with such joy and I’m so so blessed. I will be back posting on the 5th of January 2015, but of course you can follow me on Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook as I will still be sharing beautiful Made From Scratch inspiration there. Have a very Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone! xox
